We have held a ‘Care and Repair’ contract for the last two years to convert properties for disabled access. This contract is on-going and has involved extensions, garage conversions, access ramps, access shower rooms, accessible kitchens and heating installations.

We are now doing similar work for both North Kesteven and Boston Borough Councils.
