The client provided us with a strict timeframe for completion of this work in order to meet the surgery opening date. He also asked us to identify value engineering opportunities without compromising the original brief. We completed the work within the timeframe as promised and achieved value engineering savings approaching 20%.

We have subsequently been asked to look at an additional internal reconfiguration and also the creation of 3 new dental surgeries with the aim of maximising capacity in each location.
