We built a large commercial extension which was jointly funded by a private company and the local council. The client wanted to increase capacity for children (including specially funded places) with a design aimed specifically at allow a fee flow from the garden into the classroom. We took the initial brief and developed it with the client to find the right solution which involved full end-to end project management, construction and fit-out.

The client had initially been concerned about the management time they would have put into the project themselves but, in reality, they trust they built in us meant that very little input was required and they were very happy with the end result.
